April 27: Homework 11 is available; it will be due next Friday, May 4, by 11:59pm. You must work individually on this assignment.
April 27: Due to popular request, I'm granting an extension until tomorrow night (Saturday). Please have homework 10 submitted by 11:59pm on Saturday. Note: I will have limited internet access tomorrow due to a trip, but there is tutoring that might be helpful with last minute questions.
April 20: Homework 10 is available; it will be due next Friday, April 27, by 11:59pm.
April 13: For testing purposes, OurList.py can be downloaded and saved locally. Please be sure to add your funciton to this file and test it for any problems that use the OurList class on homework 9, since that is how I will be testing them myself.
April 12: Homework 9 is available; it will be due next Thursday by 11:59pm.
March 31: Please note that the previous hw6 solution had a slight bug in it - it assumed you were passing in a file, rather than opening English.txt in the constructor. The code has been updated, and you can download it now from the link below.

March 30: Here is a link to a solution for homework 6, which may help for testing your implementation of homework 7. Since I am just posting this, I will extend the due date for homework 7 until Sunday at 11:59pm.

Jan. 20: Here are instructions on how to remote connect using ssh or NX client to turing.slu.edu. Note that with the NX client, you will need to enter turing.slu.edu and port 22 in the connection settings the first time.
